Market Weather ("the App") is operated by Draco Evolution Corp. ("Draco," "we," "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Market Weather is an informational market-data and analytics product; it is not investment advice and does not execute trades.

Information We Collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address and a unique account identifier. If you use Sign in with Apple's "Hide My Email," we receive only the private relay address.
• Account & usage data. Your account plan, app settings, watchlists you create, and anonymized usage and diagnostics data used to operate and improve the App.

Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect your brokerage credentials, trading history, account positions, or other personally identifying financial data. The App does not connect to your brokerage and does not place trades.

How We Use Information

• To provide and operate the App (authentication, your account, watchlists, settings).
• To maintain, secure, and improve the product, including aggregated/anonymized analytics.
• To send important service or account notices.

We do not use your data for third-party advertising, and we do not sell your personal data.

How Information Is Shared

We share information only with service providers that help us run the App (e.g., cloud hosting, authentication, analytics) under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing those services. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and our users. Sign-in is provided by Apple and Google; their handling of authentication is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Where Data Is Stored

Data is stored on cloud infrastructure located in the United States. By using the App, you understand your information may be processed there.

Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the App's Settings (Delete account). Upon deletion, we permanently remove your account and associated personal data within 14 days, except where retention is required by law.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your Choices and Rights

You may access or delete your account data as described above. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights (access, correction, deletion, portability); contact us to exercise them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the App and/or reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
